Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Hospital Policies
No Show Policy:
We reserve dedicated time and skilled support staff exclusively for your appointment. To honor this commitment, a no-show fee is applied if you miss your appointment without notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other patients.
No Show Fee Doctor and Technician appointments: $50
Preliminary & Final Billing:
While we do our best to ensure comprehensive billing when you check out, we do occasionally miss charges for services provided. If that happens, we will call you as soon as the missed charge is noticed. If we do not reach you by phone, you may receive an invoice by mail. If you have any questions regarding the missed charges, please call the office.
Estimates:
Our goal is to support you by discussing all available medical options and helping you choose the best course of action for diagnostics and treatment. We’re happy to provide you with an estimate for your treatment plan whenever you’d like—just ask your doctor or any member of our team. Please keep in mind that estimates and treatment plans may evolve as you and your doctor make decisions together throughout your care. If you have budget concerns, please don’t hesitate to share them with your doctor early on. This way, we can work with you to tailor a treatment plan that fits your needs or explore alternative payment options.
